  • distinguishing characteristics is that the form number T.G. 65B is in very small letters.

Characteristics:

  • also has a rectangular flap;
  • slogans are very different in wording and order - for Telephone (Saves Time) and Postal Services (Express Messenger).
AB-EO-9B AB-EO-7B.

Used at Melbourne with indecipherable date.

Characteristics:

  • smaller text throughout especially in the advertising box;
  • TELEGRAM is in 6 mm high font and spans 53 mm;
  • form number has a space between "65" and "B" ;
  • has a similar but larger black wavy line pattern security design inside.
